Emily began her career painting and repainting the walls of her room as a young teenager. Not long after, she was commissioned for a friend of the family to paint their teenage daughter’s room.   The next chapter of her painting career was to paint furniture and sell pieces through a local children’s boutique.

 

After college, Emily began working with a well-known designer in the Winston Salem, NC area, where, over the next few years, she was able to complete several murals for design clients.  Emily’s nine years of experience and design background gives her the ability to take what people envision and make it a reality. She is very versatile in her artistic work.  Though she specializes in children’s rooms, she is not limited to them.  She has experience painting diverse subjects varying in style and medium. 

 

After becoming a mom, and recently moving to the Sandhills,  Emily chose stay at home with her two small children and focus on those things that were of most importance to her: Her family and her painting.

Emily currently lives in Pinehurst with her wonderful husband Damion and two beautiful children, Masen and Madylen.
